If you have a computer related problem, please call the help desk (888- 778-1066) and submit a ticket. Once the ticket is created, one of our System Engineers will respond within 30-60 minutes. The help desk team will coordinate with our onsite engineer to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Each ticket will be monitored for satisfactory resolution and closure.
