Comprehensive IT Management
The vision behind the Saralux Information Services Outsourcing model is to bring a "slice" of a perfect IS team to smaller organizations. We believe, and have proven, that a comprehensive IS team, normally afforded only by large enterprises, can be made available to organizations in a cost effective manner. We can provide comprehensive set of services to outsource complete IT Management or we can outsource specific tasks. Out Tasking can include network monitoring and management, server maintenance and any other tailored services.
We take full responsibility for running the IT operations. This includes providing fulltime staff on site who is dedicated to managing day to day IT operations at client organization. This fulltime IT staff is part of the larger team that is dedicated to running different aspects of IT operations at the client organization. The team includes Webmaster, Programmer Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Senior Network Engineer and a fully staffed helpdesk. This team reports to the Account Manager who also functions as a Chief Information Officer ("CIO"). The CIO reports to Chief Operations Officer ("COO") at the client organization.
User have the option to either call the toll free help desk number (888-778-1066) or create a ticket at the Saralux help desk portal. The toll free number is answered by a pool of trained receptionists who create helpdesk tickets based on the information collected during the call. The system sends an alert to the help desk team and the onsite staff. The system also automatically sends out an acknowledgement email to the requester. The helpdesk team reaches out to the user who has requested help and understands the problem in detail. If the problem can be resolved remotely, and the user is available, the engineer remotely connects to the computer to resolve the issue. If the problem requires local presence, the ticket is handed to the onsite staff person who then resolves the issue.
Saralux Cloud - Data Center Services
Saralux cloud is implemented across Tier 4/5 data centers in Atlanta and New Jersey. Each center is equipped with highly redundant hardware platform consisting of high performance servers and Storage Area Networks (SAN). The virtualization layer sits on top of this fault tolerant environment and provides a highly available and secure computing environment. The hosting services include the following.
